The pink salmon cooked according to this recipe is simply amazing! Delicate, juicy, with a golden crust, very tasty!
The recipe is the simplest, it takes a little time and a minimum of products. Such pink salmon can be cooked for a holiday or just on an ordinary day.
For cooking you will need:
Pink salmon (already peeled) - 350 gr. (little caught).
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Vegetable (olive) oil - 1 tablespoon
Dry ginger, dried garlic.
A mixture of peppers or black pepper.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:
1. We unfreeze the pink salmon, remove the scales, cut off the fins and head, and take out the insides. Rinse well and dry with a paper towel.
2. We make cuts every 3 cm. on both sides.
3. Pepper the fish, rub it with spices on all sides and inside.
4. We cover the form where we will cook the fish with foil and put the pink salmon there.
5. Pour soy sauce from all sides, including in the fish sections.
Note: soy sauce and ginger will give our fish a beautiful golden color!
6. Pour vegetable oil on both sides of the fish and cover with foil.

Let the pink salmon marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Cooking at temperature 200 degrees 25-30 minutes, then take it out, remove the foil and cook for another 5 minutes until a beautiful golden color.
