I really love cabbage, but the same recipes are terribly annoying. I decided to search the Internet for some original recipe and I came across this one. It was a long time ago ...
It would seem such simple products. They are always at home. I didn’t believe it would be delicious: cabbage, semolina, eggs, vegetables... In general, I doubted, but decided to cook.
And I didn’t regret it - it’s so tasty, I didn’t even expect. For several years now I have been preparing such cabbage, my husband is happy. He also really likes it. This is an ordinary dish, it takes 20-25 minutes to cook. And most importantly - it is very satisfying and budgetary, which is good news.
There is no aggressive cabbage taste in this dish, even creamy notes are present!
When my friend first tried such cabbage, she did not understand at all what this dish consists of. She even said that she thinks there is meat here. Like this!

Such products will be required:
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Cabbage - 800 gr.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Semolina - 3 tablespoons
Black pepper, salt to taste.
For frying - vegetable oil.
Cooking method:
1. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and dice the onion.
2. Heat the frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil and cook the cabbage over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add the onions, carrots, salt, pepper and simmer under the lid over medium heat for 10 minutes. You can add 150 ml of water, but I do not always do this. Do not forget to stir periodically.

3. While the cabbage is preparing, beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy.
Advice: add a little salt so the eggs will beat better.
4. Add semolina to the lush egg foam, mix everything and let stand for 5 minutes. The semolina should swell.
5. Add the egg-semolina mixture to the cabbage, mix well. Reduce heat to minimum and cook for 3 minutes, covered.
