Today I want to share with you a recipe for cooking fish in the oven in foil. I cooked Seabass (you can take another fish), and it turned out to be very tasty. The most delicate fish, it just melts in your mouth! Very aromatic and juicy! This is a wonderful marinade for any fish!
For cooking you will need:
Seabass - 2 pcs. (I have 250 gr.) or other fish
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Rosemary - 1 tsp

Step-by-step recipe for cooking fish in the oven:
1. It is necessary to clean the fish from scales and entrails. Dry with a paper towel. Be sure to remove the gills and trim the fins.
In my last article, you can see how easy and simple to clean the fish from scales in 1 minute.
Advice: Be careful, the Seabass has very sharp fins, don't get hurt. Best cut with scissors.
2. Prepare the marinade for the Seabass: combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic. Rub the garlic on a fine grater. Let's mix.
Advice: I took dried rosemary, but if you have a fresh one, then take it, the fish will turn out to be even more fragrant.
3. Put the foil in the form where we will cook the fish and put the Seabass on the foil.
We form small foil sides. This is necessary so that the marinade does not leak out, since we will marinate the fish immediately in foil. There is no point in getting the dishes dirty.
4. Grease each fish from all sides and inside with marinade and let stand for 15 minutes.

5. The fish is marinated, wrap it in foil and cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Advice: 5 minutes before cooking, you need to unfold the foil. This will brown the fish and make it look more appetizing.
Recommend: do not pour out the sauce that came out while cooking the fish. Be sure to use it. Pour into a gravy boat and dip the fish fillet there - it's amazingly delicious!
Bon appetit, I hope you appreciate the recipe!
