This is one of the best recipes for the most delicate dumplings that I know. Takes very little time, really lazy recipe for making dumplings. Any berries can be used instead of cherries. A great option for a quick breakfast or dinner. Try these cherry dumplings.

Step-by-step recipe for dumplings:
I transfer the cottage cheese into a deep bowl (any fat content is suitable), add a pinch of salt, a couple of tablespoons of sugar (if desired, I use Stevia), vanillin, one egg and mix everything well.
I add 120 grams of semolina (the dumplings are much softer than with flour) and knead the dough with a spoon. You shouldn't try too hard. I leave the dough for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells.
I put a pot of water on the stove, let the water boil.
I divide the dough into 4 parts.
Sprinkle the table with a little flour and spread out one part of the dough. Sprinkle flour on top of the dough (the dough is sticky, it should be). I make a flagellum with a length of 30 cm from the dough.
Now I "flatten" it. It turns out a strip 5-6 centimeters wide.
I take a sushi stick and visually divide the strip into two equal parts, put a mark.
I divide each half of the dough into 5 parts. In total, from this amount of dough, I get 10 dumplings.
I spread the cherries on the edge, but leave a little space.
I cover with dough and pinch from all sides.
Again I take the sushi stick and press between the cherries (they are clearly visible).
This is how dumplings are made, I just cut it with a knife (I use a pizza knife).
The water has already boiled, add a little salt and lay out the dumplings, as they float up, I boil for one minute and take it out with a slotted spoon.
I will grease the dumplings with butter, you can eat it with sour cream. Bon Appetit!
Cottage cheese - 360 gr.
Egg - 1 pc.
Semolina - 120 gr.
A pinch of salt.
Sugar (optional) - 2 tablespoons or a sweetener.
