Today I want to share a wonderful idea of a very tasty, hearty lunch or dinner from a lump of minced meat, I have been cooking this way for about 10 years. Well, very tasty! I can safely say that this dish has been "registered" on our table for life.

Not much meat is required, but at the same time the dish turns out to be very satisfying and, moreover, it looks just gorgeous. This dish can also be served on a festive table. I assure you that your guests will simply demand a recipe!
So, for cooking you will need:
Minced meat lump - 200 gr.
4 things. pasta "Nests".
2 onions.
2 sweet peppers.
2 carrots.
3 tbsp tomato paste.
500 ml water.
Pepper and salt.
Let's get down to cooking!
I cut the onion into small pieces.
I rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
I chop the bell pepper not very finely.
I add all the vegetables at once to a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and simmer them for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Minced meat to taste, salt, pepper and mix. I divide into 4 parts.
I take one part of the minced meat (50 grams), form a ball and put it in the "nest".
The vegetables are just ready. I transfer the pasta nests with minced meat in the pan to the vegetable pillow.
I will prepare the "filling": I add tomato paste to the water, mix it. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour this sauce over pasta.
The pasta should close almost completely.
All the sauce will be absorbed into the pasta and will be delicious!

How to cook: I put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for 20-25 minutes under a closed lid over low heat until cooked.
