Greetings to all readers of my channel! My name is Christina and I am very glad to see you on my culinary channel.
Once I was a guest and an unusual liver was served on the table: very tender, it just melted in my mouth. And first of all, I found out the recipe and found out that this is a very simple and quick liver dish that takes only 15 minutes to cook.
At the very end of the article, I will also leave a video recipe for this liver dish. (there I showed in detail how to cook and what the result was).
And now a second of humor: 😂
Review from the culinary site: I prepared sweets according to your recipes - all my men are very happy. And only my husband did not like it.
The anecdote is taken from the site anekdoty.ru
I cooked the liver like this at home, all my relatives appreciated it and asked to cook it like this more often. A friend with her son just came to me. And her little Artyomka ate this liver with great pleasure, although he had never even touched it before.
RThe answer for me is a "find"! I am sure you will like it too.
So, for cooking you will need:
0.5 kg. chicken liver.
1 onion.
2 cloves of garlic (optional)
2-4 tbsp flour (with a slide).
1 chicken egg.
Soda - on the tip of a teaspoon.
Salt and pepper to taste.
I recommend reading this article to the end, so as not to miss all the secrets and get a very tasty dish from a regular liver.
Let's start cooking!
My liver, I remove all the veins and transfer it to the blender bowl.
If you don't have a blender, you can use a meat grinder.
I chop the onion coarsely, peel the garlic and add to the liver.
Grind into a homogeneous mass.
Transfer the liver mass into a deep bowl, salt and pepper.
I add the egg.
Now it's time to add flour: you can take ordinary wheat flour, but I was advised to take oat flour (it turns out a delicate texture and tastes better).
* I ground the oatmeal in a blender and got flour. I stir it.
The dough should drain slowly from the spoon. This should be the consistency.
And only now I am adding soda. There is no need to extinguish it! I will stir.
I heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil and spread out one tablespoon of liver dough.
I fry literally one minute on each side. I cook on a slightly below average fire.

Thanks to all the tricks, the cutlets turn out to be lush and the tongue does not dare to call them pancakes.
I spread the liver "cutlets" on paper towels so that the excess fat is absorbed into them. Bon Appetit!
