Breakfast should be quick, tasty and satisfying. This recipe just combines 3 of these important points. I have been preparing such a breakfast for a week now and really does not get bored, everyone is delighted and demands to cook it every day. This is one of my favorite breakfasts! Moreover, it comes out on a budget, which is important.

You can make absolutely any filling, I usually cook from what is left from dinner.
Today I will have a filling of bell peppers, herbs and cheese. We ate all the meat for dinner, and I also take a piece of meat. Can be replaced with your favorite sausage or ham. We open the refrigerator, see what is there and cook from it. This usually happens to me.
Finely chop the pepper and transfer to a deep bowl.
Finely chop the parsley and send it to the pepper.
I rub the cheese on a coarse grater and add it too.
I break 3 eggs. I have breakfast for two, that's enough for us. If it is not enough for you, feel free to double the ingredients. Here you can do everything arbitrarily :)
Pepper and salt to taste.

I add 2 tablespoons of milk and mix. You can use a whisk or a regular fork. You don't need to interfere for a long time.
I warm up a frying pan with sunflower oil well and spread out several tablespoons of the egg mixture, forming a thin pancake.
Like this:
As soon as the pancake grabs (20 seconds), I immediately wrap it in a roll (I use a spatula and fork), I move it to the edge of the pan and again pour a few tablespoons of the egg mixture and smooth it into a thin pancake.
Again I wait until it grabs and I roll it in the same way. I do this until the egg mixture ends.
I cut the roll into 2 parts and serve it with vegetables, I like it with fresh or pickled cucumber. Bon Appetit! This is a very tasty and simple egg breakfast, try it.
