As a child, my grandmother prepared this dessert for me. I think he is familiar to many! But, for some reason now very few people cook it…. But I cook such a dessert from milk quite often, I really like its taste and speed of preparation. These products are always in the house and are available to absolutely everyone.
And I also change different fillings and get a new taste. When there is little money - this dessert is especially relevant for us!

Step-by-step recipe for making dessert from milk:
Pour the milk into a saucepan.
Add one gram of vanillin and some sugar. (sweetener can be used). And you can do without sugar altogether, milk itself is sweet :) If suddenly someone is not allowed sugar, then try this.
Vanilla - optional. You can not add it at all or replace it, for example, with cocoa. I always have a pack at home. You can also add cinnamon. In general, choose the flavor to your taste.
I will leave 100 milliliters of milk. I add potato starch to the milk and mix well.
I stir the milk in a saucepan, put it on the fire and bring it to a hot state, usually three minutes is enough for me.
Then I mix the starch with milk again so that there are no lumps and pour it into the milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
I'll boil it on the lowest heat for about a minute and turn it off. Dessert is ready!
My grandmother call it milk jelly. Oh, how fragrant and divinely delicious it is. I don't know why, but I love this dessert. Perhaps fond memories from childhood.
On top of the milk dessert, you can sprinkle with shabby chocolate (if any) or simply sprinkle with cocoa. But this is optional.
