Very tasty, tender and healthy burgers made from chicken breast.
We will cut one onion 400-500 g chicken.
Finely chopped onion and pour the boiling water is set aside for 5-7 minutes.
Chicken fillet cut into cubes 1x1 cm (approximately). To make it easier to cut the fillets can be pre-sent in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Chicken fillet we salt 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Ground black pepper to taste.
Adding 2-3 tablespoons of natural yogurt (or yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise).
I drive in 1 egg and mix.
Add 1 tablespoon of corn (or potato) starch.
Add onion, draining the liquid from it. Stir and send in the refrigerator for 1 hour and preferably longer.
I pour the hot pan 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and a spoon spread "cutlet" and fry like pancakes.
When the bottom browned, flip and fry until cooked.
Such tender meatballs are very popular with children.
