Ingredients:
1. Spruce sprig (1 piece)
2. Lemon (half)
3. Water (2 glasses)
4. Honey (1 tablespoon)
5. Ginger (piece 1x1 cm)
Preparation
We washed a spruce twig, cut it into small pieces with scissors, placed it in a blender container, added warm water, part of lemon (divided into smaller slices, you can together with the zest), put honey and a peeled piece ginger. Twisted, strained and got a green cocktail! Our ancestors made similar drinks and infusions from pine needles and still many grandmothers prepare medicinal spruce, pine and fir decoctions, etc.
