Ingredients: Flour, sugar, butter, egg, honey, soda, Cream, sour cream from 20%, sugar
Cooking method:
1. Beat eggs until soft foam, gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and continue beating for 5-7 minutes.
2. Separately, combine the butter with 1/2 cup sugar, bring over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Add honey, bring to a boil, add soda and remove from heat. Stir and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. Pour the egg mass in a thin stream into the chilled honey-creamy mass, gently mixing with a spatula from top to bottom.
4. Return the dough to the fire, add 1 cup of the sifted flour and mix. Add 2 cups of flour and knead until the dough starts to brown on the bottom. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
5. Add 3 cups of flour, knead a smooth soft dough, roll into a sausage, cut into 12 equal parts. ⠀
6. On parchment sprinkled with flour, roll out thin cakes and bake each cake for 5-7 minutes at 170• C (or 3-4 minutes at 180• C). Cool, cut off excess, leave crumbs.
7. Beat sour cream with sugar, refrigerate until sugar dissolves.
8. Collect the cake (preferably in a ring), smearing each cake with cream. Place in refrigerator for 12 hours.
9. Grind the remaining crumb and decorate the cake. ⠀
