This is probably the simplest recipe for cleansing the body of festive abundance (as they say, from the remnants of former luxury)! Our grandmothers, great-grandmothers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers knew this recipe. It is made easily and from the available components.

Ingredients:

1. Carrots (2 pcs)

2. Raisins (quarter glass)

3. Walnut oil (1 tablespoon) can be different, but preferably the first pressing

Preparation

We took carrots, peeled them, grated them on a fine grater (on a fine grater, they were juicier and tastier), added raisins (previously soaked in water overnight), poured with vegetable oil, mixed well and cleansing breakfast is ready. It is important to eat it fresh (it is even more effective 15 minutes after 2 glasses of water drunk slowly, at least ideally drink 3-4 glasses in the morning, but not in one gulp, but in about 20 minutes, as Japanese people do throughout their lives centenarians).
