This is a delicious zucchini recipe. If you have never tried lightly salted (pickled) zucchini, then I highly recommend cooking them according to this recipe. We were going outdoors, and I cooked right in the bag. If you plan to eat at home, then you can do it in a food container or just in a bowl.

To begin with, the zucchini must be washed, wiped dry and cut into thin half rings of three millimeters.
I put the zucchini in a food bag (or container).
I will cut the onion into thin half rings.
Chop the garlic finely.
Finely chop the parsley and dill.
Tip: you can use dill "umbrellas".
I add everything that I cut to the zucchini.
I add spices (not ground): coriander, black peas, sweet peas, mustard and dill seeds.
Note: you can take a seasoning for salting fish, there are just all these spices present.
I add salt and you can sweeten it a little if you want, I'll use Stevia.
Advice: add 2 grams of salt to 100 grams of zucchini.
I tie the bag and mix, in 20 minutes it's ready! You can wait longer, it will only taste better.
Zucchini turns out to be very aromatic, juicy and tasty, try it!
