This cake is brewed. Therefore, we will brew tea for the first time. Add 2 tea bags to a glass of boiling water. You can also use loose, then you need 2 teaspoons. The tea must be strong. It is important.
I take any jam that is at home and add a flat teaspoon of baking soda.
I stir. The jam will extinguish the soda, a lush "hat" is formed and the jam will change color.
I add sugar, warm tea and vegetable oil. I mix everything.
I add the sifted flour in parts and knead the dough with a spoon.

I grease a baking dish (I have a diameter of 21 cm) with vegetable oil and pour out the dough.
I will bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

I make the glaze simply: I mix 1 tbsp. l. cocoa (by the way, I also ordered it on the Komus website), 2 tbsp. l. sugar without a slide, 2 tbsp. l. water and an incomplete tablespoon of vegetable oil. I mix everything and boil the glaze for 1-2 minutes. Cool down a little and put it on the cake.
