Today I will share with you a very tasty, quick dish of minced meat and pita bread. This minced meat dish can be prepared for lunch or dinner. It turns out satisfying, tender and juicy. The family will definitely like it.

Step-by-step recipe with a photo of what to cook from minced meat:
First of all, I chop the carrots, onions and garlic and add to the minced meat. I do this in a blender, but you can also use a grater.

I really like spinach in this dish. I also grind it in a blender, or you can just chop it finely. If you do not have spinach, then you can substitute any greens.
I add the chicken egg, salt, pepper and mix everything.
I take a standard sheet of pita bread and distribute the meat filling evenly over it.
I leave one edge empty (2-3 centimeters) and moisten with water. I wrap pita bread in a roll.
I moisten the knife in water, and cut the roll into pieces of three centimeters.
I transfer the pieces to a form greased with vegetable oil.
Prepare the sauce. I mix sour cream and tomatoes in my own juice (you can take tomato sauce), add water and stir. Salt a little.
I pour this sauce over our dish. You need to make sure that the liquid covers the meat rolls. (just add water).
I add spices: cloves, bay leaves.
I cook a meat dish in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
Here is such a minced meat dish. Delicious! Nobody would guess that the composition contains lavash. Tasty and faster than dumplings.

- 1 sheet of lavash - 100 gr.
- 1 chicken egg.
- 1 small onion - 80 gr.
- 1-3 cloves of garlic.
