This dill will add a touch of flavor to any dish. I love greens very much and there is a huge amount of them in the garden, I always harvest my dill and onions for the winter. Nothing is missing from me. I really liked this method, it turns out really tasty. This is not freezing or drying.
Dill must first be washed and dried. I usually put the dill on a towel and on the windowsill (towards the sun), so it dries very quickly.
I cut off the stems, we will not need them.
I chop the dill not finely and put it in a bowl.
Chop the garlic and add to the herbs.
I add coriander to taste, a mixture of peppers.
I will add one and a half tablespoons of salt. Salt should be taken not iodized.
I interrupt everything with an immersion blender. (you can also use the usual one). It turns out a homogeneous mass of green.
I add soy sauce (this is optional), but I really like it with it, the taste is more interesting.
I store this seasoning in baby food jars. The jar and lid must be clean and dry.
Store in the refrigerator. I have it safely stored for 6 months. The seasoning is delicious and goes well with many dishes. This is how I usually harvest dill for the winter at the end of August. (I have it from my garden).
And here is a short video recipe, see what this seasoning looks like:
