I liked the recipe that I will tell you today so much that I wrote it down in my cookbook for a long time and I use it regularly. I've checked it many, many times and everyone likes it!
These cucumbers can be kept in the refrigerator for several days. I somehow stood for 5 days (did a lot) and they were very tasty. The only thing, if you are going to eat cucumbers in a few days, then put less salt.
So, for cooking we need:
600 grams of cucumbers.
3 large cloves of garlic.
3 tbsp. l. salt without a slide.
3 hours l. vinegar 9%
3 hours l. honey (can be replaced with sugar).
Black pepper, pepper mix, or red pepper to taste.
900 ml. cold water

Let's start cooking!
First you need to cut the cucumbers into circles. You can do it with a simple knife, but I have a special kitchen gadget that I make this beauty: (this is an ordinary vegetable peeler with this function, I bought it 10 years ago)
All products are designed for 3 four hundred gram cans.
I put cucumbers in clean jars.
I put one minced garlic clove in each jar (I just crushed a clove with a knife and cut it).
I add a mixture of peppers to each jar (amount to your taste).
Then one heaped teaspoon of honey in each jar. You can substitute sugar or sweetener for honey.
Then one level tablespoon of salt (16 gr. per jar) and one teaspoon of vinegar.
And this is my assistant - the cat Vasya. Do you have such? 😻 He is very cute and loves to lie at my feet when I cook.
I pour ordinary cold clean water into each jar and close it with lids.
I send the cucumbers to the refrigerator for 30 minutes and you're done! Personally, I spent no more than 10 minutes of my time. I drain the marinade and serve the cucumbers on the table right with the garlic and spices that were in the jar. Cucumbers are lightly salted and very, very tasty. How do you like this method?
