Tomato sauce recipe for meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

● 1 liter of water
● 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
● 2 tbsp. l. flour
● 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
● 2 garlic cloves
● 0,5 hours. l. ground black pepper
● 1 hour. l. hops-suneli
● 1 tbsp. l. fresh dill
● salt to taste

PREPARATION:

Laid out on a hot frying pan and fry the flour until light brown.

Add to the flour tomato sauce, sour cream and hops-suneli, squeeze the garlic. Stir until homogeneous.

300 mL fractions of water and start to extinguish. As the sauce becomes thicker, the residue is poured water. When this is thoroughly stirred, to not have time to form lumps.

Then add in pepper sauce and dill, put on the plate and bring to the boil with constant stirring.
