Take a piece of pumpkin, remove the seeds and peel it.
Cut the pumpkin into thin pieces. The most convenient way to do this is with a vegetable peeler (it's easier for me personally).
It is easier to slice the pumpkin from the inside, where the pulp is softer. Literally a minute or two and I cut the required amount of pumpkin.
Transfer the chopped pumpkin to a deep bowl and add a little vegetable oil, mix.
Then you need to salt to taste and add any spices.
ATTENTION:you can add nothing at all, not even salt. This is true if you are preparing such a snack for children!
I really like to sprinkle pumpkin with sweet paprika (by the way, I cook it myself every year). I stir so that each piece is in spices. I add spices to taste.
I cover the baking sheet with baking paper and lay out the pumpkin.
I cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Bon Appetit! Great replacement for store-bought chips. The pumpkin can be made softer or more crispy. It all depends on the cooking time.
