Today I want to offer you an easy and easy-to-prepare recipe for stewed zucchini with turkey.
It turns out very tasty, fresh, and the meat just melts in your mouth!
β I needed the following ingredients:
- turkey thigh fillet - 470 g,
- 3 small zucchini - 860 g,
- small carrot - 30 g
- onions - 60,
- tomato paste - 1 heaped teaspoon,
- salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika.
β Cooking.
First of all, we will prepare all the products.
Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Cut the courgettes into small cubes.
The turkey thigh fillet must be cut into small pieces.
You can also use chicken breast, thigh, drumstick, breast or turkey drumstick. It is not necessary to use fillets.
We pass to the stove.
Fry onions and carrots in a pan. I use a nonstick skillet and sometimes I add a little water to prevent the vegetables from burning.
You can add a drop of vegetable oil, but take it into account when calculating KBZHU (if you count calories).
As soon as the onions and carrots start to turn golden, add the turkey meat to them.
Salt and pepper to taste. Add paprika and dried garlic generously.
We bring the meat almost to readiness and add a teaspoon of tomato paste.
And immediately spread the zucchini, add a little salt.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes - the zucchini should release juice.
As soon as the juice appears, mix and simmer until the zucchini is ready.
You're done!
The meat is very tender, soaked in all vegetable juices.
KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 74, B - 6, F - 3.8, U - 4.
The weight of the finished dish I got 1250 g.
