Sorrel is already sold in the markets in full, let's not miss this moment and prepare sorrel cabbage soup.

âś…Ingredients that I needed for oxalic cabbage soup for 3 liters of water:

  • sorrel 2 bunches - 330 g,
  • potatoes 4-5 pieces - 620 g,
  • large carrots - 90 g,
  • onion -100 g,
  • minced chicken - 270 g (you can take more so that the broth is more tasty and you get more meatballs, I just didn't have more minced meat),
  • 6-7 peas of allspice, 2 bay leaves, salt.

Cooking.

We put a pot of water on fire. While the water is boiling, we prepare the food.

Finely chop the onion, rub the carrots on a coarse grater.

As soon as the water starts to boil, I send carrots and onions to the pan.

While the carrots and onions are boiling, I chop the potatoes and sorrel. The sorrel was pre-washed well and sorted out.

When the carrots and onions are almost ready, I will send the potatoes to them and cook until the potatoes are half cooked.

At this point, I salt the broth and add spices - bay leaves and sweet peas.

I already had the minced chicken prepared in advance, I just defrosted it. Minced meat already contains onions.

To calculate the KBZH of dishes that will be cooked with minced meat - I write KBZHU in the calorie counter minced meat, and then when preparing the dish I indicate the minced meat KBZhU I have and the weight used minced meat.

Salted minced meat, pepper, added dry garlic and a little paprika.

She formed meatballs (it is better to do this with hands moistened with water).

While the meatballs were forming, the potatoes were boiled until half cooked. Add the meatballs to the pot.

Cook until the meatballs are ready.

Add the sorrel at the very last moment.

A couple of minutes is enough for him and the sorrel soup is ready! The aroma is simply breathtaking!
