This is a delicious, healthy salad that I cook at least 3 times a week!
Prepares in minutes and for that I love him even more! When there is no time at all, he is very helpful.
All my guests are delighted with this salad and ask for a recipe.
In the summer I grow arugula in my garden and enjoy this salad even more often!
To make arugula salad you will need:
Arugula - 100 gr.
Tomatoes - 200 gr. (it is better to take cherry or small ones).
Cheese - 100 gr.
Provencal herbs to taste.
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (vegetable can be used).
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste.
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
Wash and dry the arugula first. Transfer to a deep bowl.
We rub the cheese on a coarse grater and send it to the arugula.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or cut the usual into slices.

Let's prepare a salad dressing:
Mix an incomplete tablespoon of lemon juice, a couple of tablespoons of olive (vegetable) oil, Provencal herbs, salt and mix.
Be careful with salt, the cheese is salty
Add the dressing to the salad, mix everything and you're done!
