Try my recipe for lazy cabbage rolls. You don't need to boil anything in advance! Everything is much simpler, but such cabbage rolls taste in no way inferior to traditional ones. And even children eat them!

Recipe:
• Beef - 300 g
• Turkey meat - 350 g
• Cabbage - 450 g
• Rice - 1 glass
• Onions - 2 pcs.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Tomato juice - 2 glasses
• Water - 2 glasses
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
• Semolina - 3 tbsp.
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Ground black pepper
• Salt

I cook such cabbage rolls when I'm too lazy to cook cabbage. And I also add the raw rice here. First, I cook minced meat, add chopped cabbage and onions to it. I beat the mince well. Salt and add spices and semolina. I put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preparing the fill. To do this, fry onions and carrots, add sugar, salt, pepper, 2 glasses of homemade tomato juice (or diluted tomato paste) and a glass of sour cream diluted in water. Carcass over low heat for several minutes.

I put the washed raw rice into the mold. Top with fried cutlets and pouring, add more water and cover with foil. How it looks, see the video above ☝️

I put it in the oven for 35 minutes. And you can serve! Also, such cabbage rolls can be cooked in a slow cooker and on the stove. You can just cook cutlets according to this recipe (also very tasty). Here's the beauty:
