How to make canned tuna soup deliciously

When suddenly you wanted soup, but there is no time at all, this recipe always helps! Canned tuna soup. Light, fast, aromatic and delicious! Of course, you can cook with any canned food, but we like tuna most of all.

For this recipe, I usually use sun-dried tomatoes. I collect a tablespoon of oil from a jar, heat it in a pan and fry the onion until soft. Then I add the carrots. I cut it into strips, but you can just grate it on a grater, of course. If you don't have sun-dried tomatoes, you can use regular vegetable oil.

I fry the carrots with onions for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. I bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and send the potatoes there. Quite a bit - 100-150 g. I cut the potatoes into small cubes. I cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then I add my favorite seasoning - dry vegetable broth. How I cook it, you can see the link at the end of this article, who is interested)) But, of course, you can simply cook vegetable broth instead of water and seasoning.

After 5 minutes of cooking, add rice. I have basmati rice, so I add it after the potatoes have boiled a little. If there are other varieties of rice that take longer to cook, then I add it along with the potatoes. Salt to taste.

I bring to a boil and cook over low heat until rice is almost cooked. Then I add the sauteed vegetables and sun-dried tomatoes. If you don't have sun-dried tomatoes, you can add fresh ones, but then it's better at the end. Of course, you can not add it at all, but with tomatoes it tastes better))

When it boils, I send canned tuna to the soup. Today I use natural, but you can add eyeshadow in oil. Then the soup will be fatter, but also very tasty! I cook for a couple more minutes.

At the end of cooking, add finely chopped greens. I have parsley. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

You can serve!

• Rice - 2 tbsp.
