Awesome brine dough rolls. I call them "5 kopecks each", as it is, well, quite inexpensive, and at the same time very simple and incredibly tasty! The most delicate dough. It tastes like butter! Try to cook and leave me your feedback))

Ingredients:

• Brine (or marinade) - 200 ml
• Flour - 400 g (approximately)
• Vegetable oil (odorless) - 80 ml
• Sugar - 50 g
• Baking powder - 10 g
• Filling (I have marmalade)

Preparation:

Everything is so simple that anyone can do it! Mix brine with sugar, add butter. Mix. Add flour in parts, knead into a soft dough.

Leave the dough on the table for 20 minutes. Then form bagels and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take a look in your oven!
