A very simple recipe for potatoes in the oven. Such potatoes can also be fasting. It's so delicious that you don't even want to add anything to this dish.
I wash the potatoes well and, without peeling them, cut them into slices. Of course, if you wish, you can peel the potatoes - as you like)) Salt the potatoes, add Provencal herbs and vegetable oil. I mix well so that the salt and spices are well distributed. You can use any spices, of course, but I like it with aromatic herbs.
I cut the onion into rings and put it on a baking sheet. I covered a baking sheet with parchment paper. Onion - a layer of potatoes. I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. But, of course, baking time depends on the potato variety and your oven. I identify by appearance. When the potatoes are well browned, I take out))
