Have you tried potatoes boiled in milk? It's always delicious! I cut the potatoes into convenient pieces and boil them in water. I cook for 10 minutes, then drain the water. In another saucepan, I heat the milk and pour in the potatoes. Salt, mix and simmer for another 20-25 minutes.
It is very important here! It is necessary to cook it over low heat so that the milk does not "run away" and does not burn. And it is advisable to choose the pan in which you cook milk porridge. Potatoes in milk always remain intact, but the pieces are soft. I cook under the lid, but you can remove the lid so that the milk evaporates a little. When the potatoes are ready, turn off the heat and add a piece of butter. Let it brew for 5 minutes and serve. Sprinkle potatoes with fresh herbs on top. Try it, delicious))
Watch my short video as I prepare this dish. See how beautifully the water in my pan boils - at least shoot a separate video))
