Many people like Caesar salad. And our family is no exception. I definitely prepare this salad for the holidays. Moreover, I love it just like that - without chicken and other additives. I don't know if my "Caesar" is "correct" or "incorrect" (write, by the way, in the comments), but I always cook like this.

First, I cook croutons. I cut white bread or a loaf into pieces. I add a little dry garlic, Provencal herbs, salt and a little olive oil. Stir and spread the croutons on a baking sheet. I bake in the oven until golden brown.
I dry my salad on a towel. For this salad I usually take romaine lettuce (romano).
And now the most important thing is the sauce. I dip the eggs in boiled salted water and cook for one minute.
With an immersion blender, beat the butter and egg. It turns out a sauce similar to mayonnaise. Then I add Parmesan, some garlic, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. I beat everything again. The sauce is ready!
I tear the lettuce leaves with my hands and put them in a bowl. Pour with sauce and stir. I put the salad on a plate. Top - croutons and a little grated Parmesan. You can also pour the sauce over the salad. Done! This is my favorite recipe for this salad! I love him just like that, without any additional ingredients.

• Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
• Black pepper
• Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
• Honey - 1/2 tsp.
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
