#kukpad4 I really like homemade food, and if it is still tasty and quickly prepared, this is generally aerobatics. Today I want to share with you a recipe for hedgehogs in gravy, and I cook them exclusively in the oven, which I think is very convenient! Give it a try and I'm sure you'll love it too! And I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate the entire Cookpad team and, of course, all the Kukpadites on their birthday! I want to wish the Cookpad community prosperity and bright ideas, and inspiration and creative victories to us Cookpads! Hooray! 🎂🥳
Ingredients: Minced meat, pork, round rice, onion, egg, salt, dried garlic, pepper, Gravy, carrots, onion, tomato paste, sour cream 15%, flour, water (cold)
Cooking method:
Rice is washed in advance and boiled until half cooked.
Minced meat is mixed with onion, boiled rice until half cooked (cooled) and an egg. Salt, pepper, add dried garlic.
We make hedgehogs. We put in a preheated oven to 200 gr. for 20 minutes, but for now, prepare the vegetables for the gravy.
Finely chop the onion, three carrots. Fry in a pan.
Mix the tomato paste with sour cream and flour in a separate bowl. Add 0.5 tbsp. water, stir until smooth.
Pour over the vegetables, let thicken, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Add 500 ml. cold water, salt, pepper (if desired, you can add 1/2 tsp sugar) mix simmer for 5 minutes.
We take out the “hedgehogs”, put them in a baking dish, pour in the gravy, cover with foil and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
I didn’t have foil, I covered it with parchment.
