Mini-ham with potatoes and cheese is a simple and quick recipe at home, the idea came to my husband, we implemented it together.
Ingredients: Pork steaks, small, Medium potatoes, Pepper, Salt, Paprika, Cheese, Butter
Cooking method:
We wash the pork steaks, dry them, separate the fat from them, veins, if any, sprinkle with salt, black pepper.
We wash and clean the potatoes, cut into cubes, to whom what size you like.
Sliced \u200b\u200bpotatoes are “marinated” with salt, pepper and paprika.
We form a “plate” from the foil so that the meat and potatoes can fit into it.
We bend the edges to make a “pot” of foil, heat the oven to 180 °, lay the pots on a baking sheet, add butter and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes, but still watch the potatoes and meat, maybe will happen sooner.
After 30 minutes, open the pots so that the meat and potatoes are browned, leave them in the oven for 5 minutes.
At the end, sprinkle with cheese and let it melt. Bon Appetit everyone!
