Today I want to share a recipe for an instant chicken breast casserole with tomatoes for dinner. It will help out when you need to cook a delicious dinner quickly, but there is absolutely no time. Everything is simple here, the main thing is to fold everything, and the oven will do the rest.

Recipe:

Chicken breast -400-500g

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

Sweet paprika -1 / 3 tsp

Onion -1-2pcs

tomatoes -1-2pcs

To fill:

Eggs -3pcs

Cheese -100g

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Sour cream -3 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

Cut the chicken breast, weighing 500 grams, into cubes, put in a bowl.
Cut 2 onions into cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil until translucent.

Put the onion to the meat and add half a tsp. salt, black pepper to taste, not hot paprika, mix.

We take a suitable baking sheet, grease it with oil, put the meat.
Cut 2 small tomatoes into slices.


Cheese 100 grams grated.
Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add cheese, salt 1/3 tsp. sour cream 3 tbsp and mix.

Pour into the chicken breast.
Put tomatoes on top and put in a preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Or be guided by your oven.
We take out the casserole, cut it into portions and serve it to the table.
Fast, simple and tasty.
