Shrimps, like other seafood, are rich in protein and calcium, and also contain magnesium, phosphorus and other beneficial minerals and vitamins. They are low in calories, but contain healthy cholesterol and antioxidants. #tape #snackbeer #beer
Ingredients: shrimp, vegetable oil for frying, butter, soy sauce, large garlic clove, ground black pepper, dried garlic, lemon (juice)
Cooking method:
Rinse the shrimp, peel, leaving the tail, remove the black vein.
Pour a small layer of vegetable oil into the pan, add 30 g of butter. When the oil is hot, throw in 1 clove of garlic, chopped randomly. When the garlic gets too hot during cooking, you will need to replace it with fresh.
Dip the shrimp, sprinkle with ground black pepper, dried garlic and fry over moderate heat. When the shrimp are slightly curdled, add soy sauce - about 1 tbsp, and continue to fry until golden brown. Turning over to the second side, do not forget to sprinkle with spices again. Fry on each side for about 2-3 minutes.
Place cooked shrimp on paper towel. When the fat drains, transfer to a dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
When frying the next portion, add a little vegetable oil, 15 g of butter and about 0.5 tbsp of soy sauce. If necessary, change the fried garlic cloves. Fry the remaining shrimp.
Shrimps can be cooked by putting them on bamboo sticks. For convenience, you can tear off the tails.
After frying, wipe one end of each stick with a napkin. Also sprinkle with lemon juice.
