Today I want to share a recipe for cutlets with the addition of cottage cheese. When I cooked it for the first time, I was surprised myself by the juiciness and tenderness of such cutlets, I did not even achieve such a result with the addition of lard to the minced meat. They turn out to be equally juicy and baked in the oven and fried in a pan.
It is also pleasing that the cottage cheese does not give itself out at all in cutlets, I have already cooked it many times and the children and her husband have never suspected the presence of cottage cheese there.
Recipe:
Minced meat -500g.
Eggs -2pcs.
Cottage cheese -200gr.
Bread crumbs -50g.
Water -50ml.
Onions -1-2pcs.
Salt -1 tsp
Black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
Fill the breadcrumbs with water and leave to swell
punch cottage cheese with a blender
chop the onion in a blender
Add salt, black pepper to the minced meat, break the eggs, put onions and swollen bread crumbs
Mix everything well and form cutlets
Put on a baking sheet oiled
We bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
If desired, you can fry in a pan.
Serve with any side dish.
