A simple cake recipe for March 8 and not only! The cake is very tasty and tender. Even if you have not baked anything before, you will definitely cope with this recipe))
Making dough. Beat eggs with sugar. I add vanillin, soda, citric acid and salt. You can use baking powder instead of soda and citric acid. Mix well and pour the sifted flour into a bowl. First, I mix with a spoon, then a little with a mixer. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
For this cake I use a 22 cm split mold. About 2 tbsp. I spread the dough in a mold and distribute it in a thin layer along the bottom of the mold. I covered the bottom of the mold with baking paper to make it easier to get out the cake later. I put the form in an oven preheated to 180˚C and bake the cake for 8-10 minutes. But look in your oven, of course. A little reddened - get it out.
I transfer about half of the dough into a pastry bag and squeeze it out onto a baking sheet to make such small cakes. Instead of a pastry bag, you can use, for example, a thick milk or sour cream bag.
I mix the second part of the dough with cocoa and in the same way, using a pastry bag, put it on a baking sheet. I bake in the same way. At 180˚C 8-10 minutes.
Now the cream. I take sour cream with a fat content of 20%. Even tastier if homemade sour cream. I add sugar and stir. All. No thickeners needed. Even if the cream seems liquid, it's not scary. The cake will soak better.
I collect the cake in the form in which I baked the bottom cake. I grease the cake with cream, spread a layer of white cookies on top, cream again. Then a layer of dark cookies, cream and so on - through the layer.
Decorate the cake with the remaining cookies on top. You can sprinkle with nuts or candied fruits, decorate with chocolate or berries. I put the finished cake in the refrigerator to soak. Then I take it out of the mold, transfer it to a dish. And you can brew tea!

Cake recipe:
• Flour (sifted!) - 280 g
• Sugar - 220 g
• Eggs - 6 pcs.
• Soda - 1 tsp
• Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
• Salt - a pinch
• Vanillin - 1 g
• Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
For the cream:
• Sour cream 20% - 800
• Sugar - 200 g
*** My form is 22 cm. But you can use 24 cm, and even 26 cm. The cake will be slightly lower, but no less beautiful and delicious!
