Ingredients:
• Egg - 2 pcs.
• Flour - 200-250 g (depends on the size of the eggs and the quality of the flour)
• Salt - a pinch
• Powdered sugar

I mix the eggs with a pinch of salt and add them to the flour. It is difficult to name the exact amount of flour - how much the dough will take. Depends on the size of the eggs and the moisture content of the flour itself.

I knead the dough well. It turns out such a small piece of dough. I leave it under the towel for about 20 minutes.

Then I cut small pieces of dough and roll out very thinly. The thinner I roll, the tastier the brushwood is. This is very important - you need to roll out very, very thinly!

Cut into stripes. I fry in hot oil. Fries very quickly! Therefore, it is better to make preparations in advance or call someone for help. Frying and rolling at the same time will not work.

I spread the brushwood on a paper towel. Here's how much brushwood comes out of this little piece of dough:

Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
