I tried it for the first time. I didn't expect it to be SO delicious! 😊And, of course, I decided to share the recipe with subscribers on my YouTube channel. I received unexpected comments... I don't understand why the most common recipe, which is prepared by many, caused so much controversy?
COOKING:
I boil the beans. I took the red one - I like it better. But white will do.
I cook, periodically adding ice water. This will cook the beans faster.
Salt at the very end.
I fry the vermicelli in a little vegetable oil. Until golden brown.
I send rice to boiled salted water. I took basmati rice, it cooks quickly, so I send the fried noodles to the pan along with the rice.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes (until "al dente")
Then I discard it in a colander.
I heat some oil in a frying pan, add turmeric and black pepper.
I also send the onion cut into half rings here and cook until soft. I add the garlic (chop finely). And beans. Salt to taste.
I fry for a few minutes.
At the bottom of the cauldron I pour melted butter (it is better to take melted butter). The post can be replaced with vegetable.
Tear thin pita bread into pieces and spread on butter.
For lavash - half of the rice with noodles. Then beans with fried onions.
And the second part of rice with noodles. Drizzle with butter and add water (100 ml)
I cover the cauldron with a lid and turn on the stove to the maximum.
After 5 minutes, I switch to minimum and leave the dish to simmer for about 1 hour. The fire, I repeat, is minimal! The dish needs to be simmered!
Try it, it's very, very tasty! I didn't believe it until I tried it! And my children liked the pieces of toasted pita bread the most! Recommend!
