Don't use any of my other recipes, but try this pie! It's hard to even describe how delicious it is - tender, sweet and sour and super lemon! If I need to surprise someone, I don't think for a long time - I cook according to this recipe!
In the video below, this recipe and 9 more lemon ideas. Look - you will like it))
Dough. Everything is very simple. You do not need to separate the whites from the yolks, beat for a long time and mix gently. Everything is done in one dish using a conventional hand mixer (if there is no mixer, you can even stir it with a whisk)
I mix softened butter with icing sugar. I add vanillin and a pinch of salt.
Now I introduce the eggs one at a time (!) (Continuing to beat).
I remove the zest from one lemon (I do this with a grater) and add the juice of a whole lemon.
At the end, I send flour sifted with baking powder to a bowl. Mix well with a mixer. And I put the dough in a greased mold. I distribute with a spatula. My form is 20x30 cm. You can take a round 26 cm
I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. While the pie is baking, I'll make a fondant. I mix the juice of half a lemon with powdered sugar. And that's it! I smear the still warm cake with fondant.
Let it cool down a bit and you can help yourself!
