Cooking method:
Our broth is cooked on the cob. I put our gomilka to boil in cold water. I bring it to a boil, I cook 5 khvilin and pour the first broth and I repeat everything. I put cold water, there our gomilka and bring it to a boil, take the pin and add bay leaf, cibulin, chasnik, strength and cook until the meat is ready. Then I add carrots grated on a coarse grater and cook the meat until it is ready.
I gave me meat, to pick out the seeds and skins, and put potatoes in our broth, diced, spinach and peas. I cook potatoes until ready.
Then I finish our cooking and diced meat, and before that, turn off the dry pasta and the "peacock" type and the greens. I bring it to a boil and I wink. I give the soup a troch to brew and ask for everything before the table. β₯οΈ
