Once upon a time, my mother made us chocolate butter. With a bun for breakfast - that's something! Sometimes I spoil my boys with this simple and delicious dessert.

Butter, of course, you need to take high quality. I usually buy it from local farmers. This is, of course, more expensive than the store. But it cannot be compared with the store! I leave it on the table to soften.
I use only black chocolate! It must first be melted. You can do this in a water bath. But melt faster in the microwave. 2-3 minutes - and you're done!
I add powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the softened butter. Stir until smooth.
Now melted chocolate. The chocolate should not be hot. If overheated, it must be cooled to room temperature.
Mix everything well again. I cover a small container from the inside with cling film and transfer the chocolate mass.
