Been asking for my diet casserole. The recipe is simple, but at the same time the dish turns out to be amazingly tasty, juicy and insanely aromatic! And also looks very elegant! Therefore, such a casserole can be prepared for any holiday - it will definitely not remain "unnoticed"! Nice, tasty and healthy!
First, prepare the meat. I have a turkey fillet today. But you can take chicken or veal - it will be no less tasty. I cut the fillet lengthwise into several pieces. It needs to be beaten off well and cut into strips.
Put the prepared fillet pieces in a bowl.
In a separate plate, I mix together Greek yogurt (or low-fat sour cream), salt, some dry garlic, a pinch of nutmeg, and a mixture of five peppers. I am sending this mixture to the meat.
Thoroughly roll each piece in the marinade and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
My vegetables and cut into thin slices. I use a knife to peel vegetables. Everything is very simple.
I send the vegetables to a bowl, add a little olive oil, a little salt and oregano. Stir and leave to marinate for half an hour.
I cut the onion and tomatoes into half rings.
Now pouring: eggs, greek yogurt, black pepper and mustard. I stir it.
Collecting the casserole. I alternate vegetables and fillet pieces. How I do this can be clearly seen in the video. I use a square ceramic shape, but, of course, you can take a round shape - it will turn out like a cake.
Top fill.
I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, add a little grated cheese (I have suluguni).
All! You can serve! Very nice and tasty!
