I spend 5 minutes cooking! And after 2.5 - 3 hours delicious and fluffy pies on the table!
Hello friends! This is "Kitchen Inside Out". I will share the simplest and, in my opinion, the most successful recipe for wind pies.
The recipe is so simple that even those who have never made pastry will be able to make pies!
What do you need:
• milk - 250 ml
• flour - 600 g
• sugar - 100 g
• yeast (dry) - 2.5 tsp.
• butter - 100 g
• salt - 0.5 tsp.
• egg yolk - 3 pcs.
• vanillin - 1 pack.
How to cook:
I warm up the milk a little. I add yeast, salt and sugar. Stir until completely dissolved.
Sift flour into a bowl and add softened butter. Grind with flour. I never melt butter. I grind it with flour.
I add yolks to the resulting crumb (you won't need proteins in this recipe - they can be frozen and used later). Then I pour in the yeast mixture and start kneading the dough.
I do it with a spoon. The dough is sticky, but not too runny. See in the video below (it can be clearly seen there):
I don't even touch the dough! You don't need to knead anything for a long time! Stir it well with a spoon - and you're done!
I cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave it for 2-2.5 hours in a warm place without drafts.
And after 2 hours I cook pies with any sweet filling.
You can make buns from such a dough - well, they are always very lush and very tasty! The dough is not "clogged" with flour, it always rises perfectly!
If it sticks a little to your hands, you can add a spoonful of flour. This will make it easier to form pies.
If you add a little raisins to the dough, you can bake cakes. But still, I have a different recipe for Easter cakes - it's just perfect!
I will share this recipe soon. These are the Easter cakes:
