I don’t know about you, but in our city there is buckwheat in place)) Moreover, there are even several brands presented in a nearby store. But I nevertheless bought three packs and hid them in the closet. Just because in our family this cereal is in the greatest demand 😀
I cook with her soups, casseroles, and cutlets, and salads, and bread, and even desserts. Today I will show you several buckwheat recipes that you can cook at least every day.
Buckwheat salad
Very unusual, juicy, light and very aromatic! The main ingredients are buckwheat and eggplants (I cook from frozen in winter). I especially love this salad when it's infused.
I fry or bake the eggplants, make the sauce from the rest of the ingredients. I boil buckwheat and combine with eggplant, season with sauce. This is delicious! For details on all recipes, see the video at the end of the article.
• Eggplant - 2 pcs.
• Buckwheat - 250 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Tomatoes 2 pcs.
• Greens (I have celery and parsley)
• Green onions
• Garlic - 1 tooth.
• Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
• Zira - 0.5 tsp.
• Salt
Buckwheat in pots with chicken liver
A very simple and delicious dish. Can be cooked completely without oil. Mix the pieces of liver with chopped onions and carrots, add salt and black pepper, put on the bottom of the pots, on top - buckwheat. Fill with water - and into the oven.
You can pre-fry the liver and vegetables slightly. It will be even tastier. A detailed recipe in the video at the end of the article 👇
Lean buckwheat cutlets
I have already shared this recipe. See here. There was a lot of controversy about the taste of these cutlets. But I still recommend - try it. Really similar to meat. Delicious! And just getting ready!
Buckwheat not boring
A recipe from my student life. And now I often cook such buckwheat. It's very fast, everything is cooked in one dish and it only takes 15 minutes!
Vegetables are fried, buckwheat is added, filled with water and after 15 minutes you can treat yourself to it)) A detailed recipe is in the video at the end of the article or read here HERE
Bread with buckwheat
Have you tried bread with buckwheat? Incredibly fragrant! Very, very tasty! It is easy to prepare and does not harden for a long time!
My buckwheat groats, fry in a dry frying pan until the breathtaking aroma of fried buckwheat. Then I grind (leave some of the grains intact).
Pour in hot water (150 ml) and leave for 20 minutes. I dilute yeast in warm water, add sugar and a spoonful of flour.
I combine all the ingredients and knead the dough. I leave it to rise in a warm place for 50 minutes. Then I form a loaf and leave it under the towel for another 20 minutes.
I bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. For more details, see the video at the end of the article.
• Buckwheat groats - 130 g
• Flour - 250 g + 1 tbsp.
