Inexpensive, simple and always like a new dish! Vegetables are suitable both fresh and frozen and dried.
I always take food according to the season. In the summer I add zucchini, in the fall, pepper and eggplant. It always turns out tasty. I love this potato dish. But potatoes, of course, can be eliminated and more other vegetables added. Sometimes I add mushrooms - also an interesting taste))
How to cook:
I cut all the vegetables into convenient pieces. Combine in a bowl. Today I have potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, bell peppers (from the freezer) and dried eggplants.
I previously poured boiling water over the eggplants so that they "come to their senses" for about 20 minutes.
You can add any other vegetables here!
Now salt, pepper and a couple of tablespoons of sour cream for a creamy taste. You can add any spices, of course. Sometimes I add mayonnaise instead of sour cream - it's also delicious. Can be substituted with yogurt or cream.
Stir and put in a baking bag.
Now the meatballs. I add spices and salt to the meat (I use Adyghe salt. Here
HERE I was sharing the recipe. You can add a little water to the minced meat to make the meatballs more juicy.I form balls from minced meat and put them in a bag on vegetables. I tie the bag and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Here is a short video right away:
Such a dish can also be cooked in a slow cooker on the "stewing" mode for about 1 hour. You can also on the stove in a thick-walled dish. And even in the bank! I recently shared recipe for stewed cabbage in a jar - the principle is the same))
