Of course, I didn't cook them for children! I cooked them from the remains of children's dry porridge, which often remained. Don't throw it away...
I never accurately measure the amount of ingredients (I add everything "by eye"). For the recipe, I weighed everything, of course, but with flour you can never guess for sure. Therefore, you need to look at the test.
More recently, I shared a recipe for a delicious dessert for tea made from curd dough with oranges. Already received a lot of feedback on the recipe (with photos). If you missed this recipe, I'll leave a link at the end of the article. Look, you will like it))
How to cook:
I mix in a bowl a little cottage cheese (you can do it without it, but it's still tastier with it), dry baby formula, vanilla sugar, sugar, salt, soda, kefir (or yogurt) and an egg.
I tried to add different mixtures and porridges - and each time I got a new taste))
I add sifted flour to the desired consistency.
In the video below, I showed how I cook these pancakes (the video is only 30 seconds!)
I fry the pancakes in vegetable oil from both sides until golden brown.
Serve with jam or sour cream.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 0.5 l
- infant formula or dry porridge - 100-150 g
- flour - 8-10 tablespoons
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- cottage cheese - 50-60 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- vanilla sugar
- soda - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
