Cucumbers can be taken both pickled and pickled - it turns out delicious in any case.

Today I have scrambled eggs for breakfast. Regular scrambled eggs, but with an unusual ingredient. When I tried it for the first time, I really liked it))
How to cook:
I rub cheese and pickles on a coarse grater. You can take pickled ones - it's also delicious!
Separate the yolks from the proteins. I add salt, pepper and mayonnaise (or heavy cream) to the proteins. I mix well with a fork.
I heat up a piece of butter in a frying pan, put cucumbers and cheese, fry for about a minute and pour in the proteins. I put the yolks on top.
I cover with a lid - and until tender. You can serve as usual or you can make a sandwich (scroll through the photos in the gallery) >>>

Ingredients:
• Egg - 2 pcs.
• Cheese - 50-70 g
• Pickled cucumbers (or pickled) - 2-3 pcs.
• Mayonnaise (or cream) - 1 tbsp.
• Salt
