Hearty and very tasty, although not very healthy.

How to cook:
I put cheese on pita bread (any hard cheese will do). I cut it into thin plates in advance. It is more comfortable. But you can just grate it on a grater.
For cheese - sausages.
I wrap it in a roll. Then I spread the bacon. Like this:
And I wrap it up again. I have smoked bacon. But you can take fresh. Here's a roll turns out:
I put it in a baking dish. And I put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Then I take the roll out of the mold and cut it. Best served immediately.
But it is also delicious when cold. Of course, we don't cook this every day. But sometimes you can)) Hearty and tasty. And it doesn't take much time.
If suddenly there is no bacon or you do not eat it, you can beat the egg with two tablespoons of milk and grease the roll with this mixture so that the pita bread does not dry out when baking.
