Recipe Pancakes with red fish and cheese

INGREDIENTS:

● Marinated or salted salmon - 200-250 g
● Fused cream cheese - 150 g
● Fresh dill - on request.

For the pancakes:

● Eggs - 2 pcs.
● Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
● The salt - 1 pinch
● Milk - 200 ml
● Flour - 150 g
● Disintegrant - 0.5 hours. l.
● Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. l.

PREPARATION:

1. Cook pancakes. Beat eggs with salt and sugar, add the warm milk, add gradually flour with baking powder, pour the oil, stir to avoid lumps.

Fry on a well heated pan 7-8 pancakes. Cool pancakes. Lubricate the surface of pancakes with cream cheese.

2. Marinated salmon cut into thin strips, lay on top of cheese. You can add fresh herbs.

3. Hide pancakes to get a tight rolls, put into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Cut each pancake into pieces.
