The recipe from my subscriber Irina. I tried it and wrote it down in my cookbook. Delicious! My husband really liked the salad. Therefore, now I often cook it. Sometimes I add a clove of garlic and season with mayonnaise.
How to cook
In advance, I boiled chicken hearts in salted water. Until ready.
I cut them into convenient pieces.
Now the carrots. I cut into strips. Fry over high heat in a little vegetable oil.
It usually takes me 4-5 minutes. Then I transfer the carrots to a plate and let it cool slightly.
Marina onions. I cut it into half rings. Sprinkle with lemon juice and add some sugar and salt. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.
Then I combine all the ingredients and season. You can season with mayonnaise. But today I have sour cream and some hot mustard. Delicious too! And not very bold.
But with mayonnaise, of course, this salad tastes better.
It remains to mix and that's it! Delicious! Such a salad can be served on the festive table.
RECIPE:
• Chicken hearts - 500 g
• Carrots 250-300 g
• Onions - 1-2 pcs.
• Sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
• Mustard - 0.5 tsp.
For the marinade:
• Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
• Salt - a pinch
• Sugar - 1/3 tsp.
