How to cook

Salt the fish and put a piece of butter on top. If the fish is oily, you can do without oil (Iā€™m adding this from myself). Now I cook salmon without oil, but coho salmon, for example, always with oil!

I put it in the microwave and cook at maximum power for 5-6 minutes.

The maximum power of my microwave is 700 watts. I answer a question from the comments and leave below a link to this microwave - we took it to the dacha (and at home I have a built-in BOSCH. It is, of course, much better and more convenient, but more than 20 thousand more expensive). Well, we decided that this one would go to the dacha too))

It is very important to put a lid on the fish and then put it in the microwave! Otherwise, then you will have to wash the microwave from splashes. We didn't cover it for the first time, so I know for sure that it's better not to do this))

In 5-6 minutes the fish is ready! You can try. Instantly!

And very tasty! But it is even tastier if you use green or Adyghe salt instead of ordinary salt.
