How I still cook zucchini: a dish that does not bother me (and even my dislike of zucchini eat with pleasure)

I will share one of my favorite zucchini recipes. The zucchini are delicious! I usually serve with potatoes. But I eat them without a side dish at all - just like that, with a piece of rye bread, well, very tasty!

And such a dish is prepared simply and quickly.

I cut the zucchini into circles, and then cut each circle in half. Better to take young zucchini. I do not peel the skin.

I put the zucchini in a bowl. I add some oil, spices and salt. You can take spices to your liking. I have dry basil, oregano and my green salt, the recipe for which I already shared. HERE. It turns out very fragrant with it! Salt and black pepper to taste.

I stir the zucchini in a bowl so that the oil and spices are well distributed. And put it on a baking sheet. I am using a silicone mat. But this is not necessary at all! You can lay out the zucchini simply on a baking sheet or on parchment paper.

I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

At this time, I will prepare the dressing. Beat the egg in a bowl, add sour cream (I usually use sour cream with a fat content of 20-25%), pour in half a glass of water. I stir it with a whisk.

Then I add flour and mix again so that there are no lumps. At the end I add garlic and herbs.

I transfer the zucchini to a deep frying pan or into a saucepan.

I fill them with sauce, add some more salt and pepper and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Incredibly delicious zucchini in the most delicate sauce are ready! Try it! Delicious! Highly!
